Iceland, you are beyond breathtaking. You are also the QUEEN of moody weather. For this very reason, packing for Iceland almost becomes a bit of a daunting challenge. I had so many “ifs” and “buts” while packing and trying to fit everything into the stipulated weight limit offered by WOW Air, that we ended up buying additional luggage the night before our departure. Is it just me or is this year flying by?! I vividly remember the first day of 2017 like it was yesterday. *Sigh* Looking back at the months gone by, I’m amazed by the experiences gained, memories made, places travelled and most of all, fears conquered. I’m also saddened at the thought of things I could’ve done or done better. *That’s the semi-perfectionist in me talking! ;)* But HEY! Life is about wearing that perfect shade of lipstick and moving forward, right? 🙂 The only time you should be looking back is to learn from past mistakes and nothing more. Regrets have no place in our lives.
Talking about time, I’m among those who pull out their phones to check the time even when they have a watch on their hands! *Don’t ask me why I do that, I just do! =)* But when you have that beautifully crafted wood watch on your hand, that changes!
